Questions

No fine print. Straight answers.

What is a Section 125 wellness plan, really?

A pre-tax benefit arrangement under IRS Section 125. Employees redirect part of their pay into wellness benefits before tax, which raises their take-home pay; because that portion isn't taxable wages, your payroll tax on it drops too.

Does it actually cost the business nothing?

Correct — it is designed to be net-zero to the employer. The payroll tax reduction offsets the programme, which is why it is usually the easiest of the five to say yes to.

Who handles enrolment?

We do. Plan documents, employee enrolment and payroll integration are all handled for you, along with ongoing administration.

How soon do savings start?

The first month after enrolment.
